Informal Workouts 2007

A bunch of us took some time on the beautiful memorial day weekend to come up to the Santa Cruz mountains and train.
Some of the fun we had - sinawali and flow sparring on a balance beam, and Fun with the DeCuerdas Stick!
Guro says that Suro used to say "The DeCuerdas stick don't care about rank - it tries to hit everybody the same!"
